Been like this for years. There's drains along here but they are completely blocked to the brim with mud etc. Flooding is bad with just a shower but gets much wider over the winter. Popular school route. No other footpath on the other side of the road. Really dangerous people having to walk in the road including myself with a buggy and toddlers.
