Car being parked on corner of Wellesley Rd and Wellington Rd

Following some resurfacing work there is a space of road that hasn't had the double yellow lines joined back up. It's on the corner of Wellesley Rd and Wellington Rd outside the flats on the corner. There is one car that takes advantage of this "parking space" but there is going to be an accident very soon because the car is parked right on the corner and makes it very hard for cars turning left into Wellesley after coming down Wellington from the High St. I have seen about 5 near misses in a week. Not helped by the learner drivers from the Driving Test Centre. Please point the double yellow lines ASAP. Thanks v much
