Hedges/trees limiting view for cars exiting Hammond Green

Reported via desktop in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 20:35, Sat 3 October 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

The trees/hedges here could do with a major cut down so that visibility is improved for cars leaving Hammond Green. Cars coming off the busy roundabout are often driving fast and accelerating up to get to the 30mph speed limit. These cars also can't see that there is a junction just around the corner. If you drive out of Hammond Green (with no cars you can see) fairly often a car comes as soon as you have committed to driving out, which is especially worrying when turning right, as you can end up very close to hitting them. You used to be able to walk on the verge here but it is not very safe anymore due to the greenery in the way. Compare Google Street View from 2009 to 2019 to see a small power box that used to be plain and visible that is now hidden amongst the trees! It is also not a good look for a major entrance into the village. Thank you in advance.
