Water from road going down my driveway

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2322846.

Water not draining into ditch. the water streams down the road and down my driveway. In heavy rain it will flood by are front door a few inches deep and can get into our garage. Issue has happened before ant highways cut channels into the verge and were meant to cement these but never did theses channels have blocked up and issue has returned.
