Rubbish being dumped outside number 9 Uplands

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A large build up of rubbish over the last 2 months is being dumped outside number 9 uplands in view of the street. The rubbish contains car seats, tv, boxes, tarpaulins, etc. and should been disposed of correctly.

Updates

This rubbish has now been followed by an entire bed being dumped there. Rats and night vermin can be seen around the rubbish now.
