Flooding around postbox- during downpours- present for up to an hour after rain

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:26, Fri 2 October 2020

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2321561.

During downpours the postbox cannot be emptied due to 6-8 inches of puddle- this box has been designated a covid test return box by the government and needs to be emptied at the stated times, but cannot due to the water. This is an ongoing issue and has been raised before. Can the drainage be checked and if need be , additional tarmac be put place on the existing surface to raise the area as it is basin like currently.
