Uneven surface around a manhole cover

The pavement around this manhole cover has sunk and is now a trip hazard - please see my injuries (plus crushed Fitbit) when I tripped whilst out running. The swollen knee and grazes have now fortunately healed. I am not litigious and won't be suing the council, but others may. The north corner of Trinity Way and West Meads Drive needs some repairing.
