Loose manhole cover

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2320583.

There is a loose and rattling manhole on the west bound carraigeway just about opposite the rear of motorcycle spares warehouse. The iron work rattles and the edges look as though they are crumbling.
