Illegal parking in a child and parent spot

I noticed a man pull into a clearly signed parent and child spot at 12.45 on Thursday 1st October in ASDA Killingbeck car park and when he saw me take a picture he got angry and claimed his child was in the back, which there wasn't anyone in the back. He started being rude and abusive, taking a picture of my car (the reasoning behind this I am unsure of as I was parked legally with my 3 year old) I have tried to make the relevant parking company aware but there was no way to contact them, but the sign clearly stated it was for parents with under 12s.
