Manhole cover has dropped opposite Brookfield’s road causing loud metal noise every time a vehicle drives over it which is keeping us awake at night !

Manhole cover in fair oak road almost opposite Brookfield’s road has dropped - every time a vehicle drives over it causes two loud metal bangs which is keeping us awake - this has going on for many months now .
