Missing recycling bin

Sent to Edinburgh City Council less than a minute later

Opposite 14 Meadowbank Crescent there were three recycling bins. For some reason one was taken away a month ago. We need it back asap. Two overflow very quickly and the street gets in a right state with cardboard and bottles all over the place. Thanks
