Rubbish on roads and pavements

We have just returned from walking into Summertown along the Banbury Road…… DISGUSTING!!! It is unbelievable how many tins, bottles, masks, papers, boxes there are along the pavement and the edge of the road. Should we not add some message alongside all our Covid-19 warnings to the effect that more care should be taken to avoid the accumulation of all this rubbish both on main roads and on side roads. We, the public need to be educated and we need to be made to realise the risk attached to all this rubbish which will ultimately create more infection. Please help us!!
