More street lightening needed

It is getting dark very quickly, now it is autumn soon; please put more street lights on the road, it is too scary, every time I go somewhere in the night and park, the lights in my house area side is too dark, there’s trees everywhere which makes it dark, there’s light on the end of the street. But we do need bright street lights. Around 80-94 Cornwallis road, there needs to be one in middle or something. The street lights are needed.

  • Unfortunately Oxfordshire County Council does not have any funds available at this time to install additional lighting as our street lighting budget is used for the energy, cost and maintenance of our existing street lights. The street lighting layout for the road is adequate for this type of road.
