Large lump in carriageway

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Approaching the junction 3a east bound on the M42 stretching across all lanes is a 4" raised section very much like a speed bump. , this caused myself to leave the saddle of my motorcycle. it requires investigation and removal as there are no bridge expansion joints or reason for this lump
