Streetlights on A27 sliproad not working

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2316208.

The streetlights which are maintained by Highways England are not working on the A27 A280 junction sliproads. This has been the case for many months. The lights names are: 259 01 259 02 263 01 263 02 264 01 264 02 269 01 269 02

Can this be forwarded to Highways England so that they can finally be fixed! It is rather dangerous and pitch black on these slip roads.
