The rubbish bin in Hobby Skate Park is broken

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2315739.

The bins lid looks as though someone has sat or stood on it as you are unable to put rubbish in the bin

    This has been reported and still not fixed. I am quite shocked as a hazard to the public. And you have a duty of care towards the public's health and safety. I run The Trash Busters group and other members have reported this with their concerns. It needs to be fixed. Thank you.
