Huge bush is blocking the pedestrian path.

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The bush has been gradually growing in size at least for the past 6 months since we started to find it problematic. The bush narrows the pathway and people are forced to tread carefully in a single file to get past the obstruction, and it is not wide enough for wheelchairs or prams to go past.
