This is an issue which does not fall into the above categories regarding the now deserted small barbers building on the top of the railway bridge on Southend Road a and adjacent to the railway line

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This Small detached building has been vacated by the barber and is rapidly becoming derelict. There are large cavities above the window where the hoarding has come down and pigeons are now living there. Twigs,etc are beginning to pile up on the pavement outside the building,which is next to a tanning studio and then Patrick’s Bar.
