78 Bicester Road is a newly built block of flats which have been leaving their rubbish on the verge since they were first occupied. Our collection day is Thursday but tonight (Saturday) there is an overflowing bin, four black bags and a stack of cardboard and other rubbish on the verge and in the gateway in full view. It’s making what is a nice street look scruffy and is also going to attract vermin. I’d appreciate it if it could be cleared. Many thanks.
