Sent to Warwick District Council less than a minute later

Pigeons can nest underneath the railway bridge and have been allowed to go to toilet there. If the wind blows rain underneath the bridge or if icy conditions are present, the mess can become a slip hazard. The existing refuse needs to be cleaned and anti nesting measures need to be implemented underneath the bridge.
