Badly littered car park

Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 14:46, Saturday 26 September 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Car park is heavily littered. I could not find a litter bin. These are badly needed here. Also the recycling bins are full to overflowing and need more regular emptying
