May lane being resurfaced all houses bar 32 have had new dropped kerbs installed why leave property

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

All 24 houses have had new dropped kerbs installed why has 32 been left. Tree stump left in footpath probably will not be removed before footpaths are resurfaced as not part of the contract .
