Blocked drain with leaves and rubbish large flood

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 377050.

This drain has blocked with rubbish and with the rains floods one side of the carriage way causing cars to swerve round on a blind bend creating huge risk to all other vehicles and pedestrian's especially the many school children. please please unblock ASAP
