This is being tossed around by everyone. The graffiti is an eyesore for the whole community and needs to be dealt with. SODC say it must be the wall owners responsibility to remove but they do not have to look at it. Please please please find some budget somewhere to fix it. It is a public place in full view and is a public nuisance and needs to be dealt with.,
