Sent to Stockport Borough Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 230931.

There are half a dozen or so tyres opposite the entrance to the Cricket Club that havnt been moved despite this matter already being reported. SBC said they would contact the landowner but being on the road I thought it would have been them?
