Sent to Arun District Council less than a minute later

4 old caravans dumped Mattress's, & old gas containers & commercial vehicles using parking area as Yard. Has been reported many times. Now a environmental health hazard & Fire risk Caravan also parked on roadway in my residents parking bay. Does the council this is acceptable as they are failing in their duty of care to residents
