Huge crack in the road running approximately 20 metres down the length of the road. Within this cracks are potholes one of which causes ny house to shake whenever heavy goods vehicles pass which is approximately every 2 minutes during the day. This has caused mental distress due to inability to sleep because the house shakes. This crack has never been resurfaced fully and continues to open up without any attention paid to fixing the problem as a whole, instead small parts of the crack are filled in.
