Spruce trees litter Problem

Reported in the Trees category by Joan Bates at 10:34, Wed 23 September 2020

Sent to North Warwickshire Borough Council less than a minute later

Along the Fillongley Road are a number of large trees that hold litter when blown or dropped by people. One tree has had the lower branches removed and is no problem at all. It is tidy with no rubbish underneath. All the other trees have rubbish and weeds underneath. Can the lower branches in these be cut too so that it is tidier and not a problem. When I complained previously it was said that people would park underneath if the branches were removed. That is nonsense as nobody parks under the one that is clear of branches. We regularly collect litter from that area and when I went by today, there was lots of litter there again. Please either remove these branches or do a more regular litter pick up.
