New road surface

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2307728.

The new road surface has caused a massive increase in road noise compared to the previous road surface. Now when large vehicles drive past you can also feel the house shake which wasn’t noticeable before.
