People still parking on Double Yellow Lines

I did have 4 number plates for 4 vehicles parked illegally on Whitworth Road. The application would only let me upload three currently. Two are persistent offenders are live next to their vehicles. I cannot believe how lazy these people are. I have seen an increase in cars and difficulty parking in my road, Pelham Road and quite often have had to resort to parking as far away as Whitworth close, Carlisle road, vernon road or vernon close. And that's with two cases of tools or loads of shopping in hand!!!! So now that I know where two of these driver's live, they are just being plain lazy and thoughtless!!!!
