Path to doctors has hazardous thorny brambles growing across path.

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 16:40, Tue 22 September 2020

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2307108.

Path to doctors surgery has hazardous thorny brambles growing out across path. Eye injury risk. High ones are a problems for walkers including people with sight impairments. Low branches are a problem for mobility scooter users, children in pushchairs and people in wheelchairs. A neighbour has cut 8 off today but please can it all be cut back much further, the same as the bit along the road, as they used to both be the same. Thanks

Updates

  • I was walking along this path last week. The sun was low and made it difficult to see. A thorny branch blew into my face and I couldn't see to dodge away from it. Luckily I wear glasses so it missed my eye and just scratched my face. Please please can Basingstoke or Tadley do something about this. Thanks
