The back Access road (For residents of Woolwich Road) to the rear of Troughton Road. Is obstructed by overgrown bushes and trees from the Back gardens of properties in Trouton road. It is getting increasingly difficult to safely drive along the road to get parked up in my back garden. It has become so tight now that large delivery vehicles and more importantly ambulance or fire Engines would not be able to access the full length of the road to get to the homes of those in need. These bushes and trees need to be cut back and managed As a matter of urgency. Please look into this. Thank you

This response is not helpful. Please advise who is responsible for this road that provides access to council and excouncil owned properties. This is not a privately owned road. Thank you

I have checked our GIS records which clearly states this is a private road. For more information please contact Bob Charlton who is the street tree manager who may have more information.

The road is an access road solely for the use of Ex council home owners and current council tenants to be able to drive their cars to the back of their council Built properties in order to park their cars to the rear of their council/formerly council homes. The road was purpose built In the early 1980s for access when council houses were built. Can you please raise this with the department responsible for updating the GIS as this is obviously an error. The road does not lead on anywhere it is a dead end with no through access to cars or pedestrians. The road services the council homes only so would not be a privately owned road. This clearly is a problem that needs looking at. Currently the overgrown bushes from the homes in Troughton road are causing the Woolwich Road residents difficulty accessing their back gardens to park their vehicles and obviously And more worryingly the fact that fire engines ambulances and police vehicles cannot access the properties is of huge concern. Please look into this issue thoroughly. I do not wish to receive updates that the matter is resolved or contact names of anyone who cannot help. I am growing very frustrated with this lack of action, I do not feel the issues raised are being taken seriously and if I continue to see a lack of effort or progress I will have no option but to to escalate the issue by raising it with the local MP
