Lack of pavement cleaning

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2305764.

Parkhill Road from the top of Beacon Hill to the Imperial Hotel rubbish has been lying along this path for weeks. It is much used by visitors staying at Imperial footpath and no sign of any cleaning of the footpath. There is a pile of rubbish at the turn into the hotel. Also a sand sack lying the other side of the road.. This is a tourist area and should have regular cleaning. SWISCo do an excellent job in other areas.
