I have been in touch with n.w.b.c. and they inform me the hedge is w.c.c. it backs on to Pit Hill and the rear garden of 41 & 43 Piccadilly crescent, in the past w..c.c. has cut the side in Pit Hill but it has now reached in excess of 10ft and needs cutting down to a manageable height. approx 6 or 7ft this only needs doing once as family will take over the future cutting . also nwbc have taken photos.
