Broken lift from station to road. Again.

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later

This lift is always out of use. Why? It’s necessary for those of us carrying cases and or shopping, and essential for those in wheelchairs. I’ve lived here 5 years and it’s only worked 3 times...
