Hi there am not sure about this is I am in the right place. Bust I have a issue I have an neighbour that keeps useing the black bin for green weast. Am sure that is a not aloud. I have tryed talking to him about this. it’s not recicing, should go to the tip or get a green bin. Is has happened for months now done ever week just before the bin run. He also has been trying to pay the bin man money to take it. With they have said sorry to a camera on bored. Is there anything that can be done about this or not. Thank you
