Unfinished work on pavement

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2301388.

The work on the pavement and pavement edging has been coned and Barriered off for almost 2 month, with no work being carried out. Cones and barriers are constantly pushed or blown into pavement, obstructing them
