Valdalism or accident to boundary fence

Sent to Hampshire County Council and New Forest District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2300923.

The fence just down from the substation by the road was either hit or vandalized snapping a post and damaging the panels so leaving a gap so our dog and cats could escape onto the road. I have fixed it with a new plywood panel and re-erected panels that had been pulled out. We are wondering if there had been a RTA in the area as we remember the sound of a crash and a crunch of timber
