Pavement uneven and caused a trip, fall to a velnerable adult

This pavement is near the front of 20 Gloucester Court, close to the kerb edge. It dips down, contains loose debris and a vulnerable older person lost their footing in this dip and fell over cause badly grazed knees and possible cracked ribs
