Road surface subsided either side of middle lane lane for about 6 feet at the end of the bus lane

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2298419.

I have been caught in this pot hole twice in the last two weeks. As I come into Leicester at the end of the bus lane and try to turn left into the lane for Fullhurst Avenue the pot hole catches my wheel. The road surface has subsided between the two left hand lanes. It mus be about 6 feet long 6 inches wide and 6 inches deep in places.
