Brambles blocking pathway and forcing pedestrians onto dangerous Keynsham Road

The brambles along the side of Keynsham Road at the bridge by the LockKeeper are Very overgrown and at risk of causing a danger to pedestrians. Because of their density and spread pedestrians are now unable to pass safelywithout veering very close to and sometimes into the road to avoid them. I have attached images to demonstrate. There is absolutely no space for two people to pass each other safely, and certainly not able to maintain a safe distance due to Covid19 restrictions. They need cutting back.
