Cars parking on path have damaged it

Every day cars are parking on the pavement. The pavement has now cracks and dips all over it. It is also dangerous as my children are going nearer the road to avoid the cars. It’s not a car park!!! There is a perfectly good and reasonable car park seconds away!! The dominos lorry is also stopping illegally on double yellows with the stripes on the pavement every single delivery. A few days ago I had to walk into The road with a pushchair as it was obstructing my view. An accident waiting to happen.
