Business alarm constantly going off out of hours

Sent to Gosport Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2296805.

Possibly howdens down quay lane. Alarm going off every weekend all night long for months . Just started again now 10.44pm and will be going all night. Boiling hot night yet can’t have the windows open. Constant problem needs addressing.
