Sent to Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Many barking dogs, very noisy at various points during the day but early evening is particularly bad, located at the traveller site on Top Road, Barnacle

Updates

County Highways are responsible for the maintenance of the Highway but this is a "noise nuisance" report.
