Dangerous Parking

On the 14/09/20 yet another accident occured at the junction of Bidford Road and Braunstone Lane, this is the 3rd this year, Bidford Road is the main and signposted road leading to two schools. Its busy and now congested with vehicles using the three shops opposite. Drivers do not seem to care where they park and often park on the corners blocking the view of oncoming traffic. Parents are using the road in the evenings to park and wait for children to come out of school. It will only be a matter of time before a more serious incident occurs. Bidford Road should not, in my opinion be the route up to the schools as it can not cater for the amount of traffic using it. Safety common sense dictates that it should be Shakespaeare Drive and then Avon Road which are wider. We had the unfortunate experience of a lorry delivering to the school unable to pass through the amount of parked cars and had to make a very dangerous reverse back onto Braunstone Lane. Can you please reconsider the options regarding this road, make it a one way, block it off, double yellow lines, anything to make it safer.
