Fast and Loud cars using the street as track circuit !

Entire street of Cobblers Bridge Road is used as a show off speedster alley for people with loud and fast cars. This is a street many have had incidents of wingmirrors being knocked off. It is a very used street where half of the school children from Herne bay High use to walk to and from school. It is a danger having such fast speeds going up and down a pretty forgotten about street.
