New cycle track is loose gravel

The new cycle track parallel to Chalton Lane, Clanfield is in principle most welcome. However, the surface is loose gravel, the worst possible choice. Combined with the bends and especially in poor conditions this is potentially dangerous. Vegetation is already encroaching. Also, signage (for both directions) is missing at the western end.
