At the point of entry into Kinecroft, outside the pub, flooding occurs whenever there is heavy rain. Wallingford Town Council seeks a remedy for this problem. There appears to be a lack of drainage gullies in that area, and possibly the area next the paths has seen clayey soil introduced in the past, which exacerbates the problem.

Wallingford Town Council seeks a remedy for this problem. There appears to be a lack of drainage gullies in that area, and possibly the area next the paths has seen clayey soil introduced in the past, which exacerbates the problem. The area is a scheduled monument and a much use town facility.
