Manhole has dropped causing terrible noise

This manhole has been repaired a few years ago due to the same issue so it could do with a more permanent solution? The traffic drives over the manhole and flips the lid up and down causing a terrible noise as it is an extremely busy road with heavy lorries etc. This issue has been getting worse for a few months now.
