Unable to use footpath with pushchair or wheelchair.

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 11:29, Mon 14 September 2020

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2293535.

The hedge is now so overgrown that it is impossible to pass when pushing a wheelchair or a push chair. The actual useable width of the path is now less than 3 foot wide. The only way to pass the hedge is by walking on the grass. On wet and rainy days it is impossible to push a wheelchair past without either getting wet from the hedge or getting the wheels stuck in the mud/grass
